Yes I agree
I ve got an Epson sx425W. I bought mine from Tesco s. Not sure if they are cheaper anywhere else. I do buy compatable inks for them off eBay and are fine. touch wood lol.
I had one of those, the paper feed mechanism went kaput just after it went out of warranty. Had a webchat with Epson, ascertained that it would be cheaper to replace than fix, then he tried to sell me ink for it :rotfl:
Replaced it with a HP1050, great little printer0 -

We are the lucky ones, the best ones.

My original HP 3 in 1 has been going strong for 5 years! never caused me any problems. DS1 fiddled with the software and disabled whatever's in there that makes it difficult to use compatible cartridges. I know there are cheaper printers and ink out there but in the long run, I'd rather have a good reliable printer with reasonable running costs and no hassles. And that poor printer gets hammered:eek: there's me with my coupons and 3 other devices hooked up to it churning untold amounts of homework out

Am sending out lots of Hugs today as seems many Elite could do with a little comforting at the moment x0 -
My son was born May 13th. Was a cold windy day like today and nearly every year round about his birthday it is autumn/winter like weather. Cant remember him ever having a sunny birthday
My daughters is end of September and she nearly always has nice warm weather for hers .
Mind you, May is the best time to have a baby. Helps through those first few months of sleepless nights with the extra daylight and possibly warmer temps :rotfl:
Yes it is a nice time to have a baby
my eldest Lee was born on the 27 th the others March and January. I remember my 50th birthday. Not so much the being 50  but it was a good day for me for one reason or another
and it was an absolute glorious day . Lovely sunbathing weather.:D 0 -
Morning all.
Logie, wishing you the best of news today.xx
I had a lovely day on Monday, my DS took me out for breakfast, my 2 DDs organised a birthday tea with family and friends, and my DH took me out for a meal in the evening, with some special friends.
Here is the tea and hopefully, my cake, which my 14 year old made.

Been thinking and I wish THE stash box was just the one under the bed.
There are at least 4 boxes and 2 crates under there, one box on top the wardrobe, 2 crammed drawers and 2 very big boxes in the upstairs cupboard.
I actually thought I was running out of shower gel because I had forgotten about the box on top the wardrobe.
I can not be tempted anymore as I think it was the last day they were giving out the No7 vouchers today.
I think I've got more than you tiny Hangs head in shame. I also realise nowadays and try not to buy as much. However I still can t resist if things are free or really cheap
. You don't realise just how long a bottle or tub of something lasts do you. I really do believe I had a problem with hoarding over the years. Nowhere near as bad as those folks on the tv but never the less more than I need. Storing Susie. 0
