Just seen one of my price alerts that has drawn my attention to the following A vs T:

That £1.29 is a straight £1.29 and not part of any multibuy on a.com.

Thinking about the lucozade, and it is looking like the orange is actually the only one that isn't glitching, i.e when it is bought with another flavour the other flavour triggers the full price comparison, buy more than 1 orange and they compare the multibuy correctly.
