I won in December with This Is Competitions and had to chase when I still had not received my prize after38 days. I then received my prize a week later. Good luck.

Sorry, should've read all your post. I can see you've tried that. Have you copied thisiscompetitions@dmri.co.uk into your emails?

Thank you I've sent to both the email above and also to a direct name and email.

It really does take the shine off my win and does not make me feel well desposed towards them.

I know that feeling. I have the same problem with Totz2Teens at the moment - 99 days since prize notification and still counting. I have now mentioned that I may need to contact IPM if I have not received my prize by 17th May. I got my first polite response saying I should receive within a few days (here's hoping).

Have you tried that? Giving them a date and mentioning IPM seems to wake them up (though maybe try a few more emails first, as it's only just over 28 days). Keep us posted.
• I wouldnt worry too much I waited 2 months for a woman prize and another 2 months for a price from Womans Own. I did get a prize from Marie Claire within 4 days. The magazines deal with sponsors and some just take their time.

I would e-mail them again and this time politely mention that if you have no response then you have no choice but to report it to the IPM. Sometimes just the mention of the IPM make things move a little more quickly.

I had won an iPad 2 in August last year and spent five months chasing it up and e-mailing several people and eventually received my prize in January of this year. Albeit it was not with the same people you won with.

Good luck!

I won a prize with film3sixty and had to wait nearly 2 months before eventually receiving it. I kept sending polite emails saying that it must be lost in the post etc

Often the competition holders have problems getting the prizes from suppliers. I would keep sending polite emails saying you are still waiting for your prize and then contact the agency that has been suggested on the board.

The prize I received was slightly different from the one advertised so it shows they were having problems getting the dvds. Granted they did always answer my emails apart from the last one.

Good luck!:)

Tips:

1) Log On to "This Is" (and all the other mag daily sites) and check your details in "Account Details". If you registered some time ago you may find some details are missing or in the wrong field - which seemed to happen when the website was upgraded. As your WEM states, dmri send your details to the prize provider, and if they are wrong there is little the prize provider can do.

2) Whenever you receive a WEM it is worth replying immediately to dmri AND to the prize provider (thanks....I am looking forward to receiving my prize...etc.) with all your details - then you know the prize provider has received them. I, and several others, have reported that the prize providers have said they never received details from dmri and the first time they know who has won is when you chase it up 28 days later.

Hi Castleton,

I won exactly the same prize and have chased the promoters twice, with no reply either time. Last time I gave them 7 days to either reply to my email or send out the prize or I will go to the IPM. No reply again, so today I am passing my complaint on to Edwin at the IPM, and suggest that you do the same.

Good luck with getting your prize, my grandchildren were excited at the thought of me doing some baking with them, and keep asking when we will be doing it!

:(
Huge respect to all those who take the time to post competitions. You're all great! :T

Hi! Chesterlass
Thanks for the advice, only just got back to seeing about this.
How do I contact Edwin at the IPM? Could you send me details?
Thank you
