just a quick question.
do closed accounts on your credit report acctually effect your score or descision to give you credit or does it just go on active accounts?

Yes, they do, but from what I read on here, settled accounts have less impact than active ones. Unless they have Default/AP markers etc.
Cards and loans search 3 years history and Mortgages 6 from what I understand.:beer:0 -
