I can't get bespokeoffers to register me. It gives me 'We're sorry, but something went wrong' with no indication of what I have done wrong (if anything). Can't see anything amiss with the data I entered.

Anyone else had a problem and if so did you overcome it and how?

I don't think Shell have done a very good job of either listing their locations properly or communicating their offer to their stations nor trained them on what the redemption process is.

I used a local store (not returned in the search results) who scratched their heads a bit, ignored the barcode on the voucher, and calculated the discount manually.

I then used another station (I do a LOT of miles), they scanned it fine - but a friend tried to use it and they point blank refused to take it.

Shame Shell appear to have their knickers in a twist . . .

Also says offer finishes midnight 25h May on website but on print off stated 31st may..Right pigs ear this one.Lucky I am going spend £60 in tesco on wednesday to get 10p off petrol voucher

It's not clear, but what they meant is that the offer to get the vouchers ends on 25th May and the vouchers expire on 31st May.

I used my first voucher this morning and I was told that only the first use will scan and give the discount. If I went back again tomorrow or later today, the next voucher would not scan and no discount would be given.

Bit rubbish if that is true.
