Changing from an interest only to repayment mortgage

Hi,
Currently I have an interest only mortgage with my ex wife. I am looking to get my ex off the mortgage( we have agreed a price) and get my girlfriend onto the morgage. But I also want to change to a repayment- im currently on a tracker. Santander have said they can change it over to repayment on the tracker with repayments of £615 a month (3% i think). Is this good?? I will have to pay £140 and solicioter fees to get ex off and girlfriend onto mortgage.
Should i stay with Santander or look around.
I need help please.

With the scant information you've provided I doubt anyone will be able to give any opinion on the product you have mentioned.
Have a look at remortgage options with other lenders so you have a fair comparison. If you do a joint application, only the transfer of equity legal work will then be needed, but you'll have to pay Abbey/Santander's £225 leaving fee when you repay the current mortgage.I am a mortgage broker.
