Depends on how far down the line you are with the Tax man. If it's at a serious stage, they'll bank you.

Could do with more info to give a better reply.

    Hi

Well the Inland Revenue is owed 8K, they say unless they are offered about £300 per month they will take it to court.

We have just done our income and expenditure, just household bills and basic living costs its coming out minus figures. The reality has hit that the only way forward is BR.. Total owing £32k..

Sorry this is rather mater of fact dont feel very jovial:eek:

IR will BR you at the drop of a hat. They work hand in glove with the insolvency service. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news

They pay. Doesn't help tho' They just hope that there will be enough funds from you to pay them off after BR. Don't forget they are civil servants. Talk to CCCS or paylpan to find out if there is an alternative solution and good luck sweet

In BR all unsecured debts are included. You may however lose your house and car. It is vitally important that you get advice from one of the charities asap.

Not just IR, if any creds make you BR they have to pay the court fees which are higher than if you do it yourself
