Notice Pay and Working

I was recently given a months notice paid due to reduncancy, and told I was not required to work that period. Am I still entitled to the months pay if I find another job with in the month? Or should I only get paid up to the day I start a new position?

Any advice would be much appreciated.

it would say that on the letter you got when you were made redundant and this is gardening leave I believe.

Unless it was ILON then no I am sure the £ is yours as they have ended your employment now.
