Mr TM is not conventionally handsome. No one would stop in the street to stare at him. However, to me, he is the equivalent of the diet coke man :D

I kinda like the fact he is not an obvious stunner as it makes how utterly awesome he is my little secret. If ladies just looked past the façade they would all want to steal this absolute wonder of a man away from me. So I enjoy being quietly smug about what they are all missing.

My own mother once said of my looks 'the best i could wish for was being considered exotic as pretty or handsome was out of my league.... well out of my league'

Luckily Mr TM seems to drinking the cool aid as he does seem think I AM exotic/pretty and tells me so. Even if i am not a true beauty he makes me feel that way.
Please note I have a cognitive disability - as such my wording can be a bit off, muddled, misspelt or in some cases i can miss out some words totally...

My OH is classically good looking. I love his eyes and his smile. What attracted me to him most though was his personality and brilliant sense of humour. His looks will fade as we grow old together, just as everyones does but he will always be able to make me laugh. He is my rock and I am so lucky to live life with him.

I'm ginger, pale and freckly, Mr B tells me I'm exotic too. And I love him for that. :)

And to tell the truth, I think if someone was "classically handsome" it might put me off a bit, in the first instance.

For some unexplained reason I ended up going out for two years with one of the best looking blokes in our year at uni. I met him when he was making a complete !!!! of something in the lab, he said later I was the first girl he'd met that told him he was an idiot before I said anything else. We spent two months dancing round each other not asking each other out, I was intimidated by his looks because i thought he had so many offers he wouldn't be interested in plain old me, he was intimidated by my sarky Scottish attitude and thought he wasn't bright enough to keep up, lol. We only split up because the relationship seemed to have reached a natural end, he's now married to a friend of mine who's attractive rather than a match for his looks. He still turns heads when he walks into a room, including mine. But there's a lot more to a relationship than looks. He's happy with his partner, I'm happy with mine.

I think my OH is gorgeous, always have. He is one of those lucky guys who gets better as he ages too, like a good bottle of wine.

I must admit that I have long been baffled by what women regard as an attractive man. I've had 'gorgeous' looking men pointed out to me by women I know and most just look like any other bloke, nothing outstanding that I can see. Others have borne a close resemblance to Shrek.

Very true! 'Gorgeous' to one isn't necessarily 'gorgeous' to another.

Always remember quiet a few of my friends would've drooled over Brad Pitt, whereas he does nothing for me!!

My wife is even more attractive to me now shes given birth to our kids. She no worries about her mummy tummy and stretch marks but there isnt anything more attractive to me than seeing her as she naturally is - no makeup covered in sick :)

She sometimes comments about me when she see's me in my worksuits. Its the suits that always seem to do it for women! Also when i wear contacts instead of glasses - i dont think shes ever really liked the glasses look

I think my bf is very good looking, he's got a bit of an edgy rocker look (and he's in a band :p ). He also has the most stunning blue eyes. And i love his hair. And a really cute smile. I pretty much love every part of him :o

He tells me i'm beautiful, and cute but i don't believe him :o He also likes to remind me there is more to me than just my boobs...which kind of goes back to when i was single and a bit...erm...well...i thought that was my only good feature..

We met online..so his picture was the first thing i saw and i thought "!!!! me..he's hot" then checked out his profile and thought he sounded really cool. We started talking then a week later met up (and when he got off that train-phawor-even hotter in person :D) and the rest is history.

My OH would look a million dollars wearing a bin liner. Not that she does :)
