My wife left me last yr, things got messy between seeing kids as she over 120 miles away, we have now finally sorted things out so we getting on ok. How ever I keep getting debt letters for her and phone calls on my mobile asking for her, I tell them on phone I'm longer with her and the letters I cross out I put no longer living hear, tbh I don't really want to get involved in it, main reason we split which I wont go into detail, but will theyfinally stop sending them to me, or will bayliffs come round as far as I'm concern it all her debt in her name but obvously register at my address, what can I do, don't want to give them a forward address as I know she make it awkward again to see the kids..

All you can really do is ignore it, and tell them to get lost if/when they phone. Debt collectors just assume you are lying, so arguing with them rarely works.
Unlikely you will get anything like a bailiff. If you should, then you just deny them entry, show them some evidence that it's just you at your address now (tenancy?) if you have it, and tell them to burger off.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

I would suggest that you get a Credit Search done. It concerns me that you say as far as I am concerned that does not seem the same as " The debt is not in my name". It would be safer to check.0

Then you'll have to deal with all communications at your current address. As appears your ex isn't going to inform them.
The issues will have to faced up at some point. So running away won't make matters any easier.0 -
That how I found out about the debts doing a credit search in my name she open accounts in my name then defaulted them on purpose I then got a letter from the courts that was final straw, I basically force her to saythere nothing to do with me which she did in the end then left me, It tok me ages prove it werent me and get defaults removed I was signed upto equifax as was getting them to sort it. Now my defaults have cleared in my name and my credit score shop up, how ever I'm still getting letters all in her name but to my address, but I know from credit reports there nothing to do with me, not sure how they got my mobile I'm guessing she told them I really don't know.0
