Anyone having an after reception party or have any suggestions??? I need to party!

Basically we're getting married in October and having a church wedding followed by a restaurant reception from 2pm to 7pm for a lovely long meal and chatter, it will be a fairly mellow/lively afternoon/evening. The wedding party guests will consist of a more mature/elderly/family crowd excluding my friends, cousins from australia/singapore and my OH's group of guys who are flying in from America.
I don't want the day to end at 7pm whilst there's still a lot of hours left out there, I want to be able to go a little crazy, let my hair down after all this wedding and throw my subconscious 'how-to-behave-like-a-bride' wedding etiquette book out the window.
I was thinking after the wedding reception to round up a group of friends, family, whoever else wants to come and head out to London or Birmingham and just go party the night away, be a bit noisy and mischievous; something I can't really do at the wedding with the family members around. Also as it will be my hubby's group of friends' first time in the UK I would really like to spend time with them and make the night good for them who have saved for months and traveled so far for this one special day of ours.
Does anyone have any good suggestions where to party in London or Birmingham? Perhaps a good guaranteed-to-be-lively bar where I could book a VIP booth for 15-20 people? Or even just a popular classy bar where we could banter and drink all night? I did have a far-fetched idea of perhaps renting somewhere for the night with a swimming pool and have a pool party night, that way I can include friends/cousins who are not 18+ but I'm just trying to be a bit more realistic right now.
I'm kind of stuck for inspiration at the moment, all I've got for ideas is a party bus leading to either London or Birmingham (which is within a 1.5hr radius from us) on a Saturday night after the wedding for drinks. Has anyone ever done this or can throw ideas at me?
Thank you

I think taking a 1.5hr bus ride after a meal might kill the party mood, people will get sleepy.
A better option might be to do something local - maybe you can hire a room in a bar or something.
You need to consider that some guest will have travelled to your wedding, spent a lot of money already, and will want to have suitable hotels booked, so making a long journey between wedding & party might not be that appealing.0
