With him coming to collect I never got his address

You should be able to request his details from ebay.

Once you have them and if they are correct you could always ring him up and threaten him with the police as I guess he has got to be quite local to collect them.

As the seller in the transaction, you should already be able to see it. From the listing page, click on Order Details and it should show up there. If you can't find it, go to the Advanced Search page and choose the Find Contact Information link on the left. Then enter their username, and the item number. You and he will both get an email with each other's name, address, and phone number.

Edit: or yeah, on the invoice :)

    What an amazing coincidence.

You better of giving it a day and getting someone else to ring up asking for I dunno Dave or someone and when they say err I think you got the wrong number just ask them there name and see what there responce is. ;)

My general responce to that is to hang up - the better ploy is to pretend to be from a radio show or something say their number has been chosen at random and they are on the line to win tickets to xyz or a plasma screen or £1k etc. Then just get them to go through their details, name address etc. Once you have them start to take the mickey go onto b'day inside leg measurement girlfriends bra size etc

Report them to eBay for having incorrect contact details! It won't help you get your money back, but it may help get their account NARU'd.

Ooh, or you could call back and pretend to be doing market research. If they go for it, ask them do they use the internet, do they have a blog, have they heard of myspace/facebook/etc, do they shop online, do they use ebay, etc

I've double checked phone no. it is false, and I guess the address is as well.
I had left comments warning people about him in his feedback. His response to that was to go private. So now I can't get his iD No. to report him for false add. Tel No. Any suggestions?

Have you checked the address via Paypal, if it is confirmed then it most likely is real.

Have you logged on to Paypal to see what the dispute is actually about? If it is regarding non-receipt of item I would send a special delivery to the address on Paypal anyway as they can't expect you to do more than send to the address given, even if it does turn out to be fake.
