It's hard to say as each individual OR works differently. I was simply asked a few questions about how I got into debt & then had to confirm the details of a few creditors. The OR didn't even mention an IPa & it was upto me to ask them about it. I was told that I had insufficient income with which to pay into an IPA so not to worry about it. The OR didn't question my income & expenditure at all but as you will see from other posts that isn't always the case.

I had the OR interview in person back in march when I declared, didnt really last long just asked about my debts how I had managed to try paying after loosing my job, the last time I used my credit cards and that was about it really...I had to ask about my motability car I lease (was told as the payment comes via the goverment they would not be interested) the only odd question was regards my ill health probs he asked me if they were permenant I informed him yes they were (since i'd been 26 & got worse after a couple of car crashes 2 years ago)....he said that on the grounds of my current situation all the paperwork would be processed and hopefully he'd be looking at an early discharge in 6mnths or so for me...but as various other posts you'll come across we're not all the same some get nasty OR's some get nice ones it's the luck of the draw...just be honest provide the information they ask for don't feel you have to give them anything more keep your answers to the point( I found myself waffling in the interview) and if the OR isnt seeing anything untoward in your details there should be no probs!

I was in court 3rd of May and had my phone interview today (21st) It was very straightforward and I didnt feel judged or like a criminal or anything. Remember, theyre doing this work all the time. Hope it goes ok, i'm sure it will.
