Debts you forgot about when going BR?

If you don't mention certain debts on your BR forms...not intentionally but because you genuinely forgot about them...are they still included in the BR? I ask because I know there are 1 or 2 debts that I can't place, they aren't on my credit files and I have no letters or anything, but I know they exist, if they aren't mentioned on the BR forms, do I still owe them if they pop up again after the BR order?

All debts 'provable in bankruptcy' at the date of your BR are included in the bankruptcy.

Again, this is enshrined in law to protect those who either forget as you may do, or more importantly those who cannot properly complete the process due do some greater reason and need there affairs to be administered by others .

Any debts incurred before BR should be included. So if you were to receive contact from the creditors after discharge you should be able to write to them including a copy of your discharge letter & they should amend their records appropriatley

Thanks for that info...the debts i've forgotten are for around £200 I think, I may even have paid them off already, but my head is so bogged down right now I can't remember what's what.
