Help with forms

Hi, newbie here, things have got desperate and I can no longer put off he inevitable, I have to declare bk

I am really struggling with some bits of he form and could use some help if possible. 3.9 asks about having use of a car I don't own, I am named on my husband and my mil's insurance polices, do I have to put these down? I very rarely drive those cars, I have my own.

5.4, I took my name off my husbands account a few months ago, I think I have to list it here but are they going to try and claim half of any balance? Any money in my husbands account will already be allocated to paying bills, it will be a nightmare if they try and take half of it

Pensions is a whole different nightmare, I had one years ago through the job I had, I have got no idea how to get any details of it

I rang step change to ask questions. For the pension they advised looking for a website pensionfunder.gov I didn't in the end and just rang the companies involved using old paperwork and Internet to find out the numbers.

Cant help on the other questions sorry

Put the cars on the form but explain that it is infrequent use (it has been known, especially when it was advertised in local papers, for people to phone the OR along the lines of "NAME went bankrupt, I saw them driving a new car the other day"

I'm really stressing out now, is there a chance they will try and take my husbands car? :sad:

This is all so scary, I'm having panic attacks just trying to fill the forms in, I don't have a clue how I am going to cope with judges and the official receiver :sad:

No they can only consider your assets. If you have your own car you will have to explain why you need it ie work, health etc. Im sure it won't be as bad as you fear. I found reading older threads very helpful reading how others came through it.
