Hi,
Applying for a mortgage on shared ownership, through a broker and he has stated this should be our preferred lender.
He is whole of market etc, and everything seems fine.
Has anyone had any dealing with them?
Just interested to know what they are like.

On my sourcing, Ulster Bank, Newbury and Leeds are always there or thereabouts for share ownership but as all our stuff it outside their areas, we tend to be stuck with Leeds.I am a mortgage broker.
