Help to Buy with Default???

Hi everyone, especially you brokers:)

Quick question,

Do the help to buy lenders consider people with defaults?

More info if needed.

4 y/o satisfied default for £700.

We should have about £30k equity in our current home with about £10k debt to pay off.
We earn £60k between us and would hope to get a house between 200 and 250.

Worth looking into or have we no chance for a couple of years?

thanks in advance!

    There's only Halifax.

If you pass, you pass, if you don't, you don't.

Not much more anyone can say, TBH

May be worth tackling that debt before applying for a larger mortgage.

Well the plan is to use the equity when we sell to pay off all debts. Would a lender take this into consideration?
