Does anyone use Harris Interactive?

I reached my 100 points and requested an Amazon voucher. I got an email confirmation and my points have gone down. That was on March 29th and I still haven't heard anything.

I replied to the email yesterday asking how long it would be and the reply address came out as support@. It hasn't bounced back or anything.

Does anyone know who long they normally take?

Hi,I'm having a similar problem.I sent for my incentive end of March and didn't get the voucher so I emailed them.They said it had been sent on April 27 and could I check spam folders etc.I did so and informed them there was no voucher or email anywhere.
They then replied( using the [EMAIL="support@)and"]support@)and[/EMAIL] asked if I could send them another email address to try which I did(my googlemail addy).So far I haven't heard back from them and still haven't got my voucher.
I'm starting to wonder if they've even sent it in the first place and I'm just being fobbed off with excuses.
Have you got yours yet?
Let me know and I'll keep posting on here to let you know if anything happens my end.
Getting really fed up with it now as then item on Amazon I wanted was on special offer and now its gone.
I would also like to know if anyone else is having problems with them recently.

Hi there

Sorry I can't help much except to say that I ordered my Amazon voucher from them on 27/03 and it arrived on 11/04 with no problems.
It came from the support@ address too.

Hi, yes I've got mine now, but only after I emailed them.

I got the same message as you, to check my spam folder and that it was sent on xxxx date. Then a short while after that, the email with the voucher code came through.

The email looks like it was originally sent on 23rd April and it did go into my spam folder.

I'm positive I didn't receive the email before, as I always go through my spam folder with a fine tooth comb before removing them.

At least I've got it now.

i've ordered amazon code today and had email saying it will be dealt with as soon as possible but my points total has not gone down

i'll definitely keep an eye on it

Cally have you received your amazon voucher yet? I ordered one at the beginning of December, my points went down and I got the confirmation email from them saying I'd get an update in 15 days. That's the last I've heard. I've written in to chase it up twice but had no reply.

I've claimed from them in the past and never had to wait this long!

hiya, yeah I got the voucher, not sure what date but it was definitely before the 30 december
just checked amazon and it was 28 november that i got the voucher

Surveys pay 2-4 points approx for a DQ and several points for a survey
Think it took me over a year to get 100 points which is a £16 amazon voucher

thanks Cally.. I'll keep chasing!! I'm sure they used to send them really quickly, but I've been hearing other bad reviews like mine, seems they're a bit hit and miss at the mo!
