Sorry just read in full and i see what you mean.
In that case i'd better leave it to the experts. Hope you get the help you require soon.
I know i've read various threads of this sort about keeping your car, maybe do a search through the other threads? The first time we said hello, was the first time we said goodbye. As the angels took your tiny hand and flew you to the sky-you forever left us breathless. RIP my beautiful granddaughter

On the face of it your SoA looks fine to me, but I would be inclined to re-phrase your 'landline/internet' as just 'telephone'. And you have included both contact lenses and optician expenses. Might be better if you just had the one figure under 'opticians' and keep the 'dental' seperate as £10.
Hopefully other's on here will give their take on it too.
EDIT: My suggestions are based on an SoA receiving a bad response from an OR just recently, as it seemed there may have been too many seperate and detailed expenses.
Thanks for the info, have altered the SOA as you suggested for the contacts
Will also make sure to put down just telephone when I go ahead with the BR.
Do the OR's prefer things to be more grouped together without a massive amount of detail?Bankrupt 14/08/07, Early discharge granted 14/02/07...exactly 6 months later

I don't think there is a preference or a standard for SoA's (unfortunately, that's part of the problem), but people on here who have gone bankrupt (me included) do seem to recommend keeping the SoA's as simple as possible using only the most recognised and familiar expense categories (if that makes sense). Best not to confuse/upset the OR.0

have you gone through your SOA with payplan or CCCS
When we did ours with CCCS OR accepted it as fine
Post declaring had to redo it and did ourselves - now have IPA -
Would seriously recommend some professional advice on it too if you canDischarged June 06:beer:

If you look at the trigger figures allowed, it will give some idea of what sort of amounts aren't queried. If you look at the BCSC site's forum (you may have to register before you can see it), it will give you a list of things to look at in case you've forgotten something. Be careful though - I don't believe any OR is going to let you get away with including money spent on beauty treatments, newspapers/magazines or lottery, so hide the costs for those in something else. When you look at the SOA, you'll see that things like dental/optical costs are allowed for, so by all means put those down as a separate item. Otherwise, keep the SOA as simple as possible. The OR wants to see clear expenses, & I believe the more things you have listed that they have to check the less they like it.

I'm sure you will see it, but I posted the main categories the OR looks at after essentials in your thread here:
http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=460023
Also 'house keeping' on the BR forms is a good place to hide a few extras.
If you haven't already I would look at a copy of the BR SOA which can be found at:
http://www.insolvency.gov.uk/pdfs/forms/6-28.pdf
You will then be able to see what categories are present on this form in the I&E section.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB
