TUPE Travel Expenses

Hello. Apologies if this question has been asked before.
Background:
I was transferred to a new employer under a TUPE process in September 2012. My new employer undertook to pay travel expenses from my home address (living with my parents at the time) to my new workplace for four years. Mileage is capped at 36 miles (round trip - 18 there, 18 back) per day. All fine, and just about covers the fuel.
I moved into a new property (my own, first time buy) on May 1st 2013. I wish to notify my employers of my change of address (fairly sure it's a disciplinary if I don't). My new address is further away but I'm fairly sure that the cap would still apply (best case scenario).
My question is (worst-case scenario): can my employers choose to rescind TUPE-agreed travel expenses on the basis that I did not choose to live closer to my workplace?
Any advice would be great.

I would suggest that the wording of the agreement or letter by which your new employer confirmed they would make this payment is key. If they were savvy, they will have specified that this sum was only payable whilst you resided at your parents' address, but they may not have been!
So... check the wording and come back if it's unclear.0
