Terms and Conditions

1. Open to all UK residents aged 16 or over, excluding any employees of the Promoter, their families and agents.
2. In order to enter, each member must complete the short web form provided. Only those that complete the whole form will be entered.
3. Only one completed form per person. Form must be submitted no later than 10pm 09.05.2013. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for any completed forms which, for any reason whatsoever, fail to be received by the Promoter. Proof of completing and submitting a form is not proof of receipt by the Promoter.
4. There are 60 places on the Testing Panel to be filled. At end of the promotion, 60 entrants will be selected from a specific criteria based on their hair type and colour. They will be sent an email informing them of their success and a hamper of products sent to the address provided.
5. By agreeing to be part of the Testing Panel, each member is encouraged to provide feedback on the products that they are testing. An email will be sent to them within 2 weeks of receiving their products encouraging them to provide feedback via a survey. The first 10 people to provide feedback will be sent a £10 Boots Giftcard.
6. All Testing Panel members will be contacted for future activity via email & post.
7. By taking part in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
8. The Promoter reserves the right to temporarily suspend or amend this promotion in the event of technical or other difficulties, without any liability to the entrants.
9. Promoter: KAO (UK) LIMITED, 130 Shaftesbury Avenue, W1D 5EU
10. All forms of feedback, including video feedback and written feedback, may be used to promote John Frieda across all of John Frieda’s digital and press platforms.
11. Feedback will be used exclusively by John Frieda and will not be transferred to third parties.
