I also came across Behind the Scenes: Benedict Cumberbatch free on Kindle. Looks like a really good biography - good for Star Trek and Sherlock fans.
Benedict Cumberbatch has become synonymous with Sherlock Holmes.
Shooting to fame with his Sherlock role he broke into Hollywood with his roles in The Hobbit and Star Trek.
From a struggling stage actor to an award-winning film and television star, Benedict’s striking looks, commanding stage presence, and warm personality have taken the world by storm.
But who is the man behind the roles?
What struggles and successes have created the man who graces the screen today?
How has a self-confessed ‘hyperactive nightmare’ and ‘tearaway’ of a boy turned into one of the busiest actors of his generation? How has he gone from Shakespeare in the park to multiplexes round the world? What’s his real story? And what’s he going to do next?
In the first major biography of the star Neil Simpson goes back to the actor’s routes to find out.
He finds an unconventional family full of drama and fun. He finds schools where Benedict sat alongside princes - and almost ended up playing princesses in drama class. He finds a man who was determined to pay his dues, learn his craft and bide his time as he found his feet in the cut-throat world of theatre and television. And he traces every step Benedict took on the long, hard road to Hollywood.
This is the real Benedict - unvarnished and close-up.
‘Benedict Cumberbatch: Behind The Scenes’ is the one book every Benedict fan will want to read.
“A fascinating biography of one of the world's finest actors'. - Tom Kasey, best-selling author of 'The Lunar Code'.

Got a linky for that, as I can't find anything on Amazon under those details. The atmosphere is currently filled with hypocrisy so thick that it could be sliced, wrapped, and sold in supermarkets for a decent price and labeled, 'Wholegrain Left-Wing, Middle-Class, Politically-Correct Organic Hypocrisy'.0
