this is the header you should be looking at:

NOT the current surveys header.

if you see there are no surveys under currently assigned to the following surveys, it means you don't have any surveys.

They did ask me to take part in a survey a month or so ago despite the closing date having passed but even though they said it would still work it didn't.

I could be wrong but I doubt i've completed a single survey this year.

Another case of sods law but since making this post last week i've received 2 full surveys

I have had it a dozen times over the last week and I forwarded it to Karen who confirmed that it is nothing to do with Pinecone.
