Another help to buy

Hi, does anyone know of the chances of getting a mortgage with the following lenders on the help to buy equity scheme:
Halifax
Woolwich
These are the only 2 currently participating, my circumstances are:
3 years 4 months uk electoral history-previously worked abroad, uk born.
3 years 4 months uk bank history with o/d
2 credit cards nil balance barclaycard and capital one
Mobile phone contract
Mail order nil balance 2.5 years old.
1 current vw hp 447 per month 4 years left- started last month
2 previous hp agreements-black horse and moto novo both settled
No late or missed payments since returning to uk
5 previous addresses due to short term lets always on electoral

Self employed director ltd co 2 years accounts and 2 years sa302
1st year 56k and latest year 110k made up of dividends and salary

House is new build 500k 20% from gov and 5% from me.
Mortgage req 375k

Reason for choosing equity loan is fabulous plot but not got enough deposit saved for mortgage without and don't wish to miss out.
