Really need to do it every week, preferably at a weekend and you just need to refresh it. Monday morning it should go to the top of the tree when recruiters go into view the website. Have you tried Totaljobs, I have had calls from agencies/employers within an hour of updating or refreshing it from their website0 -

I used cv library in 2011 and got two jobs from there, 1 a temp job and one a permanent job.
Then my sister in law uploaded her cv and the very next day she got a call from an agency wanting to know if she could start a temp job the next day.
Definitely had more results from there than anywhere else!0 -
Talking of updating CVs online did you know on Indeed you can search anyones cv and you do not even have to be an employer?!
