Can businesses use Top Cashback, Quidco etc

Hello,

Please move this if in wrong forum, looked about the best fit to me but might have missed something.

As the title says, can a business, say an Ltd, legally claim cashback from sites such as top cashback and quidco on purchases that they may be be claiming some tax back from as business expenses?

Thanks.

    Yes. (*)

But of course the cashback would 'belong' to the business and therefore should be included in the business accounts and thus declared for tax purposes.

Mind you, I expect there are a number of people running businesses who just pocket the cash, and keep their fingers crossed hoping that HMRC won't ever find out.

(* At least I can't see how TCB etc could (or would want to) stop anyone from so doing if they wanted.)
