How simple is it to emigrate permanently to British Overseas Territories?

I always thought that emigrating to a British Oversea Territory would be as easy as intra-UK movement. But apparently not. Which is the easiest to emigrate to?

However, the majority of the current BOTs are pretty remote, obscure little places!

Surely you must have some idea of where you want to go? Deciding on a destination purely on the ease of emigration seems to be an utterly mad way of doing it.
