I've claimed back overpayments!

I've just phoned all the companies I pay a monthly amount to (gas, electric, etc) and asked if I had overpaid, if so how much and whether I could have the money back.
Upshot is I'm getting ~£750 on overpayments back without any fuss - there's the funds for a hol for my son and me! :T
