I thought you had to call your bank to cancel the CPA I would do that as the PDL's could and probably are just lying to you.

Hi Conisme,

I spoke to each and got verbal confirmation, I have also emailed and have sent letters to each via recorded delivery - better safe than sorry :-)

I have also spoken to the bank and cancelled there too, I got a call back from each PDL about an hour after speaking to the bank asking why I had cancelled, I told them I had already been in touch so they checkex notes on my account and they all confirmed notes were there anf my accounts were on hold so Im confident :-)
