To start with, you really need to do a SOA. If it won't work on your computer, try it on another one.

The last thing you need is a consolidation loan. You need to concentrate on your spending and see how you can reduce it, whilst at the same time upping your income.

I, and many others on this forum, have been in a similar situation to what you find yourself in now, but we have come through it. And you can too so long as you have determination and the support of your family.

For the love of Pete don't consolidate! repeatedly consolidating just makes a small mess into a big one, that's what I did and it was the worst thing I could have done.

Could you not work opposite hours to your husband? When our children were small we worked opposite hours for years. Some days we would literally be handing over children in the work carpark :-) Even a couple of evenings a week in, say, a call centre would do wonders for your finances.
