Halifax mortgage not updated

I pay my mortgage by DD on the first of the month and it usually updates the next day.

My mortgage hasn't updated yet, has anyone else had the same this month?

Both are Halifax accounts.

My payment was taken on the 1st too, but I don't see it under the mortgage.

I do see the interest was applied on the 30th April however.

As long as they credit it from the first I don't mind!

Has anyone got their May payments showing up online for Halifax yet?

    No, mine still isn't showing.

I note that April's payment was entered on the 4th April, so I would expect it by now.

  • My payment has only just showed up there - and it seems to be all backdated to the 1st! (Which it should be)

They still have not updated my new current monthly payment, I asked them to change that a few days ago. They did mention teething problems on the phone - before they cut me off..

My payments has been credited but my balance is the same as it was a few days ago. All my previous balances are different to what they were.

I know this because I dipped below £160k after my last payment and now that figure is showing above that. I went in branch the other day and they said there were known issues on what's showing to customers. You can call and get your proper figures.

Take a screenshot or print a copy of your balance(s) , you should have the statement that was posted out to you late march showing your balance when the systems were changed . I have had problems with mine and it seems have been corrected although one small payment is not showing .
I'm not sure about the 'known issues' bit - I think the known issues are that the changeover has caused absolute carnage so I would say keep a very close eye on your balance and payments and back yourself up with copies of balances .
