online card charges from bailiff

is it legal for the bailiff to charge me a handling fee when i pay the agreed weekly amount to them online. after the The Consumer Rights (Payment Surcharges) Regulations 2012 came in i thought the they can not profiteer from card payments.? thanks for any advise

No fee for Debit, and 2.5% for credit cards - but there are exceptions. Why, what are you being charged?0
