I've got this oral b one and as good as the more expensive models yet slimmer:

For replacement heads DO NOT waste your money on the original braun heads. Go for molarclean which are just as good but far cheaper:

Cheap toothbrush heads won't do you any favours in the long run.
Better to get decent ones and buy them in bulk when they're on offer in the supermarkets. How to find a dentist.
1. Get recommendations from friends/family/neighbours/etc.
2. Once you have a short-list, VISIT the practices - dont just phone. Go on the pretext of getting a Practice Leaflet.
3. Assess the helpfulness of the staff and the level of the facilities.
4. Only book initial appointment when you find a place you are happy with.0 -

Nothing wrong with buying cheap brush heads if their quality is just as good as the originals.
OP, molarbrush offer a 100% money back satisfaction guarantee on their brush heads so you've nothing to lose. Just like printer manufacturers make their money on replacement ink cartridges, Oral B do the same with their brush heads...hopefully cheaper companies like molarbrush will force Oral B to lower their prices. I mean 2 brush heads for a tenner (rrp)...sheesh :eek:0 -

And how do you measure 'quality'?
If the brush head lasts several weeks?
Or if your gums are still healthy and undamaged after several years? How to find a dentist.

I buy loads when they're on offer - the genuine ones I mean. And by loads I mean a dozen packs of 4. I know, I have issues. I could open a Braun replacement head shop.

Tesco do them on offer fairly often, as do Boots and Amazon.
I just don't trust the other makes, I use genuine parts in my car and in my camera, why not in my mouth too!0 -
I would go for the Oral b 2000 toothbrush, usually £40. It has 2 modes, a fast and slow speed, the slow speed is very useful for doing sensitive areas.
As for heads, you can change every 6 months in my opinion. You can get a 4 pack of official heads for £10. 2 heads = £5 per year, thats quite affordable rather than using cheap headsThis is a system account and does not represent a real person. I do the same.
After watching a Fake Britain episode were someone brought cheap toothbrush heads I buy the originals when they have them on offer. £10 a year for 4 heads isn't expensive.I'm not cynical I'm realistic

True, that's what I reckon too. And they're often £7 ish when on various deals. Got another 4 pack last week on amazons lightning deal for around that. What did Fake Britain uncover about the cheap heads?0
