Mortgage for Home & Self Catering Business

Hi. Quick question. If I was looking to purchase a property that serves as both my home and as self catering accommodation, is there a specific type of mortgage or finance I should be seeking. In my instance I would obviously draw revenue from the self catering but income from other employment including my partners would contribute to overall income also. Is there a mortgage for this type of arrangement? Thanks.

Yes. It's a commercial proposition and it's classed as semi-commercial, as there's a combination of residential and business use.
