Ask yourself why so many takeaways? Don't like cooking, no time, want to treat yourself? They really add up. Lots of areas now run short cook and share courses which teach quick, easy, low cost, healthy meals.
I hated cooking but finally taught myself and now batch cook and freeze. Not only does it save money but it tastes so much better and I feel healthier and have more energy. See if you can make a takeaway an occasional treat.
