Weekly shop and grocery challange!

Afternoon all,
I have been reading this forum for a while now and am inspired to sort our our shopping budget as we currently spend way too much. I believe we are spending about £400 per month for 2 adults and 1 20month old son.
I have been reading the grocery challange thread but can see anywhere a breakdown of what people are buying to keep their spends down. Is there a main thread with meal breakdowns that I have missed?
Any help would be great
Thanks
Phil

Many folks on here recommend using Lidl's or Aldi's if you have one near to you in place of Tesco/Sainsbury as they are usually cheaper. Thanks to MSE, I am mortgage free!
