The opening date for receipt of entries is 1st May 2013 at 9.00am and the closing date for entries is 28th May 2013 at 11.59pm. 3. Proof of purchase is necessary, please retain receipt.
4. Entry mechanic: please complete the online entry form and retain receipt proving purchase from Waitrose of anyTWO of the following products: Green & Black’s Organic Vanilla Ice Cream 500ml; Green & Black’s Organic Chocolate Ice Cream 500ml; Green & Black’s Organic Vanilla Caramel Nut Ice Cream 500ml; Green & Black’s Organic Vanilla and Chocolate Sauce Ice Cream 500ml; Green & Black’s Organic White Chocolate & Raspberry Ice Cream 500ml.
5. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify incomplete, altered or illegible entries. No responsibility will be accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed.
6. Only one entry per household. No bulk, organised group or third party entries will be accepted.
7. The winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries received, under the supervision of an independent observer, by 17th June 2013. The winner will be notified by email or telephone no later than 24th June 2013.The prize must be claimed by 8th July 2013. All reasonable effort will be made to contact the winner, however, if the prize is not claimed by 5pm on 8th July 2013 an alternative winner will be chosen.
8. The winner will receive a trip to Paris for two, which must be booked by 9th December 2013, for any date of their choosing. Trip includes standard class return travel from London to Paris for two people on the Eurostar, two night’s stay in a twin or double room at the 4* Golden Tulip Hotel in Paris with continental breakfast each morning, entry to the Eiffel Tower for two people, a River Seine cruise for two people, two tickets to watch a Moulin Rouge Cabaret Show, a meal for two at the 58 Tour Eiffel Restaurant , wine tasting and a cheese and charcuterie lunch for two, two tickets to the Arc De Triomphe and £25 travel allowance. Spending money and other travel costs within Paris are not included.
9. Prize organised by River Event Management Ltd and River Media Services (RMS). RMS will receive notification of winner along with their address, phone number and email address. RMS will contact prize winner to ensure all details are accurate and to inform them of prize details. Winners letter, Terms and Conditions, and disclaimer will be sent in the post. Once disclaimer is signed and returned to RMS with date of preferred travel and passport information the prize can be booked. Items will be dispatched to the preferred address. RMS will remain in contact with the winner throughout the whole booking process. RMS will provide the winner with a contact number and email address and 24 hour travel helpline number for immediate support during the entire length of their trip. Once trip is booked, RMS will send out a dispatch letter with all relevant information. After the completion of the trip, winner is sent a feedback form. Details of winner are kept by RMS but are not passed to any third parties. RMS does not condone the consumption of alcohol and asks winners to do so responsibly. RMS cannot be held responsible for any theft or injury that might occur. Any ‘experience’ offered that becomes unavailable will be replaced with one of a similar cost and standard. Any hotel offered that becomes unavailable will be exchanged for one of a similar standard and cost. Maximum allowance for Le 58 Tour Eiffel restaurant is £200. Any restaurant that is fully booked will be replaced with a similar rated restaurant.
