Unreceived win-what should I do?

I was wondering if someone out there could offer me some advice-I had an email back on the 18th March saying I had won a blu ray dvd from film3sixty and to email my details back (which I did immediately), yet have still not received it....this seems to be a little long or am I just being impatient? I have since emailed back the person who said I have won asking if they could advise as to when it would be sent out, yet have had no response (this was a couple of weeks back). I have just sent another email, but if I don't receive any response I'm not sure what to do? Does anyone have any advice?

Hi there,

Prizes can vary how long they take to arrive. Some arrive the next day and some can take 6 months or even more! As a rule of thumb fromt he time I get informed of a win, I normally confirm my address etc and give them a month to send the prize (unless they have stated a time period).

Normally then I chase by email after that time. If you have only just sent another email give it another week or so then try some other options - try and contact via facebook or twitter, or try and email to a different email address perhaps look on their website for one, as the person you are emailing might be long term sick or no longer working there. If you get nowhere i'd suggest mentioning to them that you have exhauseted all options and can't see any alternative than to contact the IPM and get them to look at the matter on your behalf. (They are governing body for competitions/promotions and deal with complaints etc). Normally the sheer mention of them get people into action. If you do need to contact IPM, search forum for 'IPM & Edwin' and you'll find Edwin's email address who can help you with your query.

Im still waiting for a prize from them as well,i also sent my details straight away and have sent them another couple of emails since,but i have heard nothing back

I had a similar problem with a prize a few months back. I never got any response to my emails and no prize. So, I posted on their facebook page; just something about winning a prize, not receiving it and not getting any email reponses. Nothing harsh, just to the point.
It was sorted within 24 hours and I got my prize a few days later.
