i am eligible but even if i do that it doesnt wipe the debt for a year so i would still be paying it until a year from now and then if my circumstances have changed by the year nothing will be wiped and i will still have to pay it all so realy i will have just paid an extra £90

I don't think you pay the debts during the year the order lasts, just the £90. Have a look on the citizens advice website.
