combining 3 mortgages

Hi , i have 3 buy to let mortgages with birmingham midshires and my ressidential mortgage (intrest only) with n ram , i would like to combine them all together but change my ressidential mortgage to a re payment ,, is this possible and should i seek a indipendent broker or a bank ,, thanks

Would you clarify what you mean by this, please?
You have three mortgages on three properties. Do you have another property sufficiently valuable and with sufficient equity it could be used to raise a single mortgage to repay the others?
A mortgage is the deed which ties a loan to a property as security, so they tend to have to be property-particular, without the ability to make "baskets" of finance and securities.I am a mortgage broker. Yes, it's possible, but it's unlikely that someone will combine BTL and residential (and perhaps not a good idea anyway).
What you're looking for is what they call 'portfolio lending' or a 'portfolio mortgage'. I'd start with a broker.0
