Hi all,

I'm new to this lark, so apols for any clangers at the starting post!

Compelled to share with ladies with locks my bargain buy at TKM today, the original Argan Oil, brand Argania Spinosa, 100ml bottle , RRP £25.00 purchased at TKM's price of £5.99.

Just fabulous darlings!

Official MoneySavingExpert insert: We've been in touch with TK Maxx, who said that as every store is different, it can't say which stores this item will be in, so it's pot luck whether your nearest will stock it.

This is a good price for argan oil, which sells elsewhere for between £3 and £30, though different brands will be different quality, so beware. Thanks to Aristocrat for sharing this offer.

Argan oil is the way to go I got some shampoo in TKMAXX and then I bought some oil and paid £12. 99 in Boots
Superdrug were selling it for £6 99 for the same product Boots were selling. I see TKMAXX has numerous hair products from shampoo conditioner and the actual oil. The condition of my hair since I started using the oil about 6 months has improved greatly.
Bought it for my daughter and a friend too. My daughter has very curly hair but she has smooth tresses and looks great She says it has cut down the amount of time it takes to dry her hair. I now only wash my hair 2xweekly but each am I put a little argan oil and use the dryer just to smooth the crown. Great product My hairdresser recommended it to me.

Yes, but how much actual argan oil are you getting in these cheaper products, compared to the other ingredients? Not a high ratio I'll bet?

ETA: lots of supposed argan oil products also contain silicones, which are coating the hair cuticles giving the appearance of shiny healthy hair. Silicones are actually damaging to hair though; best to stick to 100% pure argan oil if at all possible, so that you know the results that you see are actually beneficial.

Is this genuinely, pure Argan Oil from TKM? Try searching for Organic Argan Oil UK for 100% pure Argan Oil, certified organic with no added cheap chemical ingredients.

From time to time ALDI have argan oil for about £3.99. It is really brilliant, and sells out very quickly. If I am quick enough to get some I buy 3 or 4 bottles for friends. You only need a few drops and everyone comments on my hair when I use it.
