Boots No 7 BB Cream Glitch

It worked for me today in the Durham Store. I maxed the savings I could so for the Voucher also went for the value hayfever tablets (Which were on BOGSHP) then got the magazine too which I looked and noticed this had a 'Spend £20 with no7 get 200 points' Voucher in. I got the 3 BB Creams for the £11.48 AND 200 points! As well as the £2 odds I saved in the tablets AND another voucher

Ditto:T did the glitch 3 times. Wombled a few SS tillspits. Then spent £4 to get a voucher at a manned till. Bought tinted moisturiser & mascara, plus some essentials for £2, used the 4 vouchers on SS tills and paid £1 as the vouchers deducted an extra £1 from my shopping. Did this again. Only this time the SS till froze after spitting out a new No7 voucher with the barcode missing:eek: SA went to the manned till and gave me a new voucher from the till to replace the SS one. Nice one did the glitch a third time (with a £1.39 pk of wipes) and paid 39p

I messed up with this too got 2 bronzers and 1 mascara should I have got 3 bronzers and 1 mascara would that have worked out cheaper?
I was getting confused lol

I imagine it's because you got the mascara for half price as it was the cheapest out of all three items and you ended up paying full price for one of the BB creams. you only got the BOGOHP offer applied as the 3 for 2 will only kick in when you have 3 items of skincare (you only had 2, the mascara doesn't count).

Does that make sense?

yes, as long as you buy a glitchy skincare item too, so the bronzer, BB cream or tinted moisturiser.

no - with this glitch 4 items in one transaction isn't going to give you the best savings.

So its either 3 skincare items (one of which needs to be a glitchy bronzer, BB cream or tinted moisturiser) and then use all 3 vouchers to get £16 off the total after the 342 and bogohp have come off.

Or, get one bronzer and one mascara - bogohp will kick in then use your 3 vouchers again to get £16 (or £18 if you have a £2 off mascara voucher as well from the acm machine) off.

I got a tinted moisturiser, a no7 mascara, used a glossy and a Ss voucher together and the £2 off any mascara (from the advantage card kiosk). Grand total of £-1 pound! Gave me the change, and an added bonus when I went to pick a basket up, someone had left a glossy voucher in it, which I popped in my purse

did you remember to split the glossy and scan each bit separately? That would give you the extra £3 off I think.

I only had 2, a £5 one & a £3 one.

I thought I had but the ss tally didn't show all the deductions and I was trying to whizz as many transactions as possible through before I looked suspiciously over zealous. And on the last one my extra points coupons for mascara and witch hazel didn't scan properly and the SA came over to "assist":eek: It was only later looking at receipts that I couldn't work out what had gone through and what hadn't. It looks like the 150 points for £15 spend didn't go through either. But I am in no way complaining - spent very little ( think taking points into account I am in credit) and bagged a load of bargains - many thanks for your wonderful spot on the different vouchers :A

Will have another go tomorrow after I have had a chance to recce B.com and hopefully have a bit more time - it is amazing the number of peeps who chuck their vouchers ......

yes, you can get an extra £8 off because the glossy manned till voucher (the one which you can separate) and the self service tillspit voucher are working together in one transaction, so you can get 2 lots of £8 off No7 on the glitchy items if you have the glossy voucher and the tillspit voucher .
