Advice for my friend pl

My friend has accepted a job with a recruitement agency. She was not very keen but went with the interview thinking she will not get the job. The job is only for 3 months and is well paid and she is concerned whether she will be able to do it. Some of the questions they asked she did say she has not done them, and she said she did badly at the interview. She has expressed her concerns with the consultant and he said to give it a go and see as the company did ask for feedback where she worked before same company but in another department. I myself think they will not pay good money unless the job will be demanding but want to reassure her if she got it they must have thought she was good. There were three other candidates. She is quite nervous and it also involves minutes taking at high levels which she hates. Should she has declined the job offer or give it a go? I told her if she is not up to scratch they will get rid of her as she is agency. Any advice to reassure here will be appreciated/ Thanks

As your friend got through the interview they must have thought she'd be suitable, and it sounds like she was honest about what she couldn't do. They only chose people that think will be ok for a job, so they must have liked her. It's not always easy to tell how an interview has gone, and it seems to have gone better than she thought.
I wonder why she went for the job is she wasn't keen? Presumably she's unemployed and looking for work? Is a confidence issue do you think?
It's only 3 months and she could see it an opportunity to gain more experience. Plus it sounds like it pays well. Regarding the minutes, all jobs have elements we may like less than others, but if she does her best she may surprise herself, and this job may turn out of be a boost for her confidence.0 -
Thanks, I think it is a confidence issue, she is temping and is quite experienced and well liked by previous employers. She always get a present after her assignment is over. She went to the interview to get her parents off her back as she did not think she will get the job. I have told her to give it a try, she will not know until she tries.0
