    Yes Socks....smooth or shiny, deffo not crumbly or hard. higher in cals than cottage cheese but less than cheddar type.

    I like their Gouda, the last it was on half price here, I did a !!!!!! shop than normal and bought 4 packs. It was only when I was checking my receipt at home later that I realised they'd only charged me for one! Now that was a bargain!
