Bank Accounts

Hi,

I have been with HSBC for all of my banking life, and as a bank i dont mind them at all but i have had so many negative interactions and also human interactions that i imagine my account is riddled with notes and detrimental information and so i feel that the best way to progress may be to move banks so that they would not see the notes which have been put on there.

Could anyone recommend a bank or advise on if changing banks is even a good idea or not? Maybe im barking up the wrong tree..
