Could i get a mortgage?

Hi i'm a first time buyer, looking at houses's around 70-80k and have 15% deposit, my income is 19k per year. However, i have had 3 defaults in the past, these are all identified as satisfied, and were all under 500 pound (if this means anything?). The defaults are dated as, July 2010, January 2010, and July 2009. I have seen that people accept if defaults are over 12 months old, or even 3 years old, which mine are, or will be shortly. Since July 2010, i have kept up with all payments, and got a credit card that i pay in full each month.
Would a mortgage be possible with such low income? Martin says maybe use 'London & Country' or 'which? mortgage advisers'. I don't wanna go making applications that may dent my credit score. Anyone recommend anything?

I do a a fair few adverse mortgage, based on what you have said there are definitely options available - i think you may need to go via a broker though to be sure of getting a mortgage.
Make sure you get your credit reports to take with you, just to be sure there are no nasty surprises when doing the credit search.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
