If it is just pachydermia then asking your go for a dermatology referral for an appropriate skin care regime would be better.
Hi
that got me thinking. I know its an inherited condition that every 2nd child on my mum's side has. I suffered a miscarriage on my second pregnancy so my kids don't have it.
I think it might be this Diffuse Hereditary PPK without associated features
I'm 50 and had it all my life and the smelly feet. Soaking them is a nightmare as the skin hardens so much I could grate cheese on it or it seems. The only way to tackle it is to sand it down and keep the feet moisturised.
Might be worth a trip to the GP but as i've had it so long I think I will continue doing what I am doing and tackle the smelly feet with the help of the peeps on here and their suggestions. The feet are much worse when I have been to Zumba but even on non Zumba days they are terrible.
Thanks for all your suggestions. The Cabbage
