How does Quidco work?

Title says it all really.I have registered for it but I don't know what it really does, guidance would be great

ok,

when you log in there are a list of categories on the left hand side of the screen.

Click on each one and you see the different sub categories

clck on these sub categories and it will show you the list of retailers currently offering cashback through quidco, most are usually £2.50 for registration or setting up a savings account etc.
go through as many of the free ones as you can, click on the green link in the centre panel of quidco (click here to visit xxx and earn cashback) and it takes you directly to the site.

Try to avoid the spending money ones but there are quite a few with cashback for free.

I was looking for breakdown cover as I cancelled our £15 DD with Greenflag. I have just gone for AA cover with 20% off and got it for £90ish, it said on Quidco that I will get £20 cashback for this so hopefully I will have got it for £70 instead - a massive £110 savings.

Will it automatically track my purchase, after I bought it I checked the earning status but it said nothing was being tracked - presumably I need to leave it for longer than 5 mins :rotfl:

yes, on the right hand side when you click on green flag it will show tracking speed etc, this is how long it takes to show up on your account! check it in a day or so and it should be on there.

Just checked and it says I get £20 in cashback! Also filled in a couple of surverys which would come to about £5ish.

Hmmm, need to balance up however do work or do quidco all day...............

Okay I just registered on quidco as well, needed to check home and contents insurance so went via them and got it with lloyds (saving of about £50)
When do I see my cashback? Also it said cashback of £120 - will I get all of that or is that a 'up to £120"?
I took out both buildings and content insurance with LloydsTSB.
