hello I have had some financial problems over the last 3 months due to illness and entered into a DMP I put my house on the market and got a good offer after 1 week fantastic then told RBS who then said o well we will call up your fixed sum loan agreement and your credit card debt so I now cannot accept the offer as this will not leave me enough to pay the lawyer and the estate agent or a deposit on a rented flat nightmare don't know what to do

Speak to RBS and come to an arrangement. If possible make an appointment to meet a manager. I'm sure they'll try and help.0

Do you mean once the payment from the sale hits your account they will pay everything off?
Open up a new account with a different bank (not Natwest as theyre part of the same group), have the money paid into that.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
