Good morning...
It's 5 long days until payday, and I have £4 to my name, which will be spent today on washing powder, potatoes and veg. If OH is lucky it may stretch to a packet of sugar free Jelly, too! It'll be my first payday with new payrise, and it cannot come soon enough.
Yes, £4 ish for me. Keep it low everyone x

Hi everyone
I'm going for a no spend day. 7 days 'til payday, £15 left and going to try and hang onto it all week.
Good luck everyone:DIf you know you have enough, you're rich.0 -
We have been living out of the storecupboard for the last few weeks but the time has now come to get some food shopping done at Lidl today.
Am just doing a quick check on the freezer/fridge/cupboards to see what we need.
On the upside though we won't need any salads as I have harvested the latest from the garden.
But I reckon the damage is likely to be to the tune of about £70.Thanks to MSE, I am mortgage free!

Today has been expensive already!
£18.30 for weekly train tickets - but saves me a £5 ultimately
Got to collect some clothes I had altered as well, not sure how much that will be.
Lunch made at home though so I intend to spend very little the rest of the week - here's hoping :beer:0 -
Glad I'm not the only one on a very strict budget till payday (Thurs for me)! Have spent 90p on bus fare, probably same on way home - I had thought that taking bus fares out of my weekly budget would make me walk more but I seem to be knackered all the time at the moment, so it just means I spend the money on buses and buy less other unnecessary bits and pieces.. still spending less I suppose!
Probably pick up a few bits of veg on the way home but not spending more than a couple of quid.Debt@16.12.09 £10,362.38, now debt free as of 29.02.2012."I cannot make my days longer so I strive to make them better."0 -
